SALES TAX / CUSTOMS DUTIES
-Illinois customers will be charged sales tax based upon their delivery zipcode.
-International orders may be subject to duties or tariffs. These will be collected by the destination country's customs office and payment will be the responsibility of the customer. Should a package be refused it will not be returned to the USA and the total invoiced amount will still be charged to the customer.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We will attempt to honor all international orders. The following restrictions and charges will apply...
- International shipping by UPS has a base charge of $17.50 to Canada and $33 to other countries. Due to size or package weight additional charges may apply. If required, you will be contacted by email prior to shipment for approval of the adjusted order total.
- Orders will be insured and shipped via UPS, and should arrive in 2-3 weeks.
- The customer is responsible for the payment of any import duties.
- Refused shipments will be treated as an abandoned order and credits will not be issued.
- We may request that proof of identification and credit card ownership be faxed or e-mailed.
